Baseball/Softball dinners

While the calendar may say January and Mother Nature is showcasing winter weather, two spring sports will kick off their upcoming season with annual dinners.

On tap first is Fresno State baseball's 18th Annual Double Play dinner, which will take place on Fri., Jan. 21, 6:00 p.m., at The Regency Hall.   Tickets are $40 for Dugout members and $45 for non-members.   The reservation deadline is Jan. 14. For information, contact Sharlene Gomes at 924-3361.

The Bulldogs' softball team will host its annual 17th Annual Meet the Team & Silent Auction dinner on Fri., Jan. 28, 6:00 p.m., at TorNino's.   Tickets are $40 and $30 for those 65 of age or older. The reservation deadline is Jan. 24. For more information, contact Dorothy Hunter at 439-0605.
