Echeverria said, “Based on Dr. Hoff’s extensive experience as an administrator, I have every confidence that he will lead the College of Engineering effectively through this important period of revitalization.” Hoff started his career in the city of Mendota and held several administrative posts, including acting city manger. He later was a principal in Windstar Leisure Services Inc., a private firm providing consultation and program planning to corporations and public agencies.
