The Regional Conference on Excellence in Teaching and Learning will be held in the University Business Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 8.

The keynote presentation, "The Greatest Expectation: From Access to Equity to Excellence," will be given by Gillies Malnarich from the Washington Center for Improving Undergraduate Education. She will also provide a post-conference workshop on Saturday, April 9, "Finding Common Ground: Fail-safe Design of Learning Communities."

Another key presentation will be by Susan Harris, recipient of the 2004 Provost's Award for Excellence in Teaching.
