Fee waiver

Staff and faculty who plan to use their CSU, Fee Waiver benefit for the Fall 2005 semester, must submit their Fee Waiver Application: Application for Faculty/Staff Waiver of Fees or Transfer of Represented or Non-Represented Employee Fee Waiver to Spouse, Domestic Partner or Dependent Child* to Employment and Benefit Services by May 6, 2005.

Completed (and approved) fee waiver forms submitted to Employment and Benefit Services by the May 6, 2005 due date will be processed to adjust the student’s fees.  If your form is late, improperly completed, or missing required signatures, it will cause a delay in processing and you may have to pay the full amount of fees upfront and request to be reimbursed for the difference or have the amount credited to your account. (You will need to contact the Accounting Office.)

All registration fees must be paid to the Cashier’s Office, Joyal Administration Building.  Payment not received will result in the cancellation of classes for the student by the Admissions Office.

Fee Waiver Applications and information can be obtained in Employment and Benefit Services in the Joyal Administration Building, room 164 or online at:  www.csufresno.edu/humres/Fee.Waiver/Fee.waiver.htm

Contact the Fee Waiver Help line at extension 8-7269 for additional information.
