The 34th Annual Turf Day Golf Classic, sponsored by the Ag One Foundation and the College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, will be held Friday,May 6, at the Madera Golf and Country Club, 19297 Road 26 in Madera.

Registration and lunch are at noon and a shotgun start at 1 p.m. A social time will start at 6 p.m. and dinner will be at 6:30 p.m.

The cost is $125 per player and includes green fee, cart, tee-prize, Fresno State hotdog lunch, refreshments on the course, hors d’oeuvres and dinner.  For dinner only the cost is $25 per person.

For a $100 donation an individual’s name or business name will be posted at a hole as well as recognized in the program. To become a Hole Sponsor contact the Ag One Foundation at 8-4266.

A new feature this year is all players will have the opportunity to participate in the Hole in One to win a 2006 Lincoln Mark LT Luxury Pickup, which is making its first appearance in Central California.  The contest is sponsored by Fresno Lincoln Mercury Volvo.
