 Mr. Leonard has been sharing his knowledge of music throughout the Central Valley for over 10 years prior to his current program, the "Soul Freedom Lounge." Formerly the host of "Mr. Leonard's JAZZ SUITE" & "Rhythms In Jazz" on 90.7 KFSR and FM 88.1 KFCF, Mr. Leonard now has a new program that continues to provide music for your mind, body & soul.
The "Soul Freedom Lounge" is a two-hour program centered around an eclectic blend of soul, funk & jazz. This weekly program highlights a diversity of DJs & artists dedicated to the Spirit of music and connected to the movement of deep house, acid jazz, poetry, funk, dancehall and the true essence of soul music.
From groups like the Groove Theory, Rebirth, Omar, DJ Jazzy Jeff & King Britt, the listener is sure to experience an intellectual, spiritual, and adventureous journey through the Spirit of music. One of the most important aspects of this program is to expose listeners and educate the younger generation on the Spirit of good music. This is a culturally diverse program geared for all audiences interested in all genres of music for your mind, body & soul.
