|
Friends and neighbors, step into the big barn for two hours of great music, Sundays from 2pm-4pm, right after A Prairie Home Companion on 90.7 KFSR. Following Fresno's longtime tradition of being the west-coast capitol of western swing music, your pals, Don and
Steve spin a unique original musical mix that explores western
swing it's roots and it's lineage. The Big Fresno Barn Dance fills the
airwaves with an eclectic blend of Texas, western, honky-tonk, old-time
country, rockabilly, progressive country, Americana and other
astounding surprises. There's never a dull moment. At the barn,
Bob Wills is still the King, along with Spade Cooley, Merle Haggard,
The Maddox Brothers and Sister Rose, Cornell Hurd, Adolf Hofner, Graham
Parsons, Patsy Cline, Commander Cody, Poco, and a thousand
others. The rafters start knockin' when the barn starts rockin!
