In the first segment, Washington DC lobbyist David Bradley, Executive Director for the National Center for Community Action tells us about the history of such programs and how he works to maintain funding for such programs including those in the Valley. Later in the program, Roger Palomino, Executive Director of the Fresno County Economic Opportunities Commission tells us about what those programs do locally to assist with poverty related issues in the Valley.
