Fresno and the Valley rank near the top of the list for regions with the dirtiest air in the nation. This program will be the first in a series on the many aspects of the air quality problem, and what can be done about it. Our guest, Judy Case is a member of the Fresno County Board of Supervisors, the Governing Board of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and has just been appointed by the governor to be one of two Valley members on the California Air Resources Board.
