CSU System-Wide Evaluation of Teacher Preparation Programs
Here at Fresno State, we are evaluating our teacher preparation program, and as a supervisor of our credential program graduate or a graduate that has since had time teaching in a classroom, we need your feedback.
Today or before June 30, we ask that you answer our questions by logging onto a secure website as follows:

If you cannot do this now, we hope you will find about 15 minutes of your time to complete the survey before June 30, 2014.
Teacher and Supervisor Feedback Does Matter
Meaningful changes in the credential program will result from your feedback. Unlike other surveys on topics of general interest and curiosity, this evaluation leads to improvements in our teaching credential program that help our future graduates become better prepared and effective as K-12 Teachers.
Please review articles listed below based on previous year's evaluation results:

The Evaluation is Anonymous and Confidential
The Chancellor’s Office staff will see the Teachers' and Supervisors' answers, but not their names. Tabulated answers by all Teachers and Supervisors to the Evaluation Questions will be presented to the Dean of Education at Fresno State. No one at Fresno State will see the names or answers of any Teacher or Supervisor. As a Participant, you can answer the questions candidly and honestly because your answers will always be anonymous and confidential.
Substantive questions about the evaluation should be directed to Paul Tuss, Ph.D., Evaluation Specialist at (916) 278-4170 or email@example.com.
