Beginning Teacher Support Assistance (BTSA)

Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment a is a state-funded induction program, co-sponsored by the California Department of Education (CDE) and the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) designed to support the professional development of newly-credentialed, beginning teachers and fulfill the requirements for the California Clear Multiple and Single Subjects Credentials

Earn 3 units of credit per year while progressing through your BTSA/Induction program. The courses are designed for both participating teachers and support providers that are active in the program. Each course includes a mandatory seminar on the Fresno State Campus. The following courses will be offered in April 2015.

The courses are offered through Division of Global and Continuing Education with a cost of $255 for 3 units.

Seminars will be held at the Kremen School of Education and Human Development in ED140.
