Appointment Policies

For help with writing, you can schedule a 30 minute appointment (1 hour during finals week) to meet one-on-one with a tutor.

To schedule an appointment, call 278-3052 24 hours before you would like to meet with a tutor. Appointments are available on a first come first serve basis. Please be aware of the following policies regarding individual writing appointments.

  1. You may set only one appointment per day.
  2. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. If you make an appointment with a tutor, be on time. A tutor will wait ten minutes before helping another student.
  4. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so before your scheduled time.
