Faculty/Staff Loan Policies

Your campus-issued picture ID (KeyCard) is required for all transactions.

Loan Periods

• Semester due date for most books, scores, Teacher Resource Center items and government documents
• 7 days for Current Periodicals, Music & Media DVDs, audio cassettes, compact discs, videos and bound periodicals
• 3 days for reference items

Renewals and Recalls

• You will be sent a list of outstanding books at the end of each semester. You may renew books online, via e-mail or in person at the Circulation Desk, 1st Floor. Recalled items may not be renewed. Temporary faculty: the Circulation Department must receive verification of continuing privilege prior to renewal.
• Books recalled by another patron must be returned within 10 days. You will be notified of the recall at your csufresno.edu e-mail address.

Maximum Number of Items

• 100 total items
• 25 outstanding requests

InterLibrary Loan

• Link+ is a quick and easy way to request items not available at the Henry Madden Library from participating libraries. The items are delivered to the Henry Madden Library for checkout.

• We offer Interlibrary Loan services for items unavailable through the Library or Link+.

Lost or Damaged Items

• Cost of item plus $10 processing fee for lost Henry Madden Library material
• $115 or higher for books borrowed from other libraries
