Welcome to the Mediator Mentors Program at Fresno State!

Dr. Pam Lane-Garon, program originator and professor of education, supervises along with program coordinator, Karen Devoogd and Dr. Art Wint, coordinator of the Peace and Conflict Studies program. Future teachers, counselors and social workers learn skills that will be invaluable in their chosen professions. Local schools benefit from improved school climate, and young students become interested in a college education, in addition to becoming expert conflict managers. Supervised research opportunities are also available.
