Fresno State Vintage Days
April  16-18, 2004

MEP students participate in Vintage Days on the CSU, Fresno campus every year. Vintage Days is a weekend-long carnival held in the spring, where arts and crafts and food typical of the Central Valley are displayed. SHPE students use this event as their largest fundraiser of the year, by selling “Killer Burritos.” The SHPE student chapter of CSU, Fresno has a long established tradition of selling burritos, now famous for their taste and proportions. The event allows students to expose the community to more than just food; they also provide information about engineering and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) as an organization.
