Academic Excellence Workshops. Regularly scheduled supplemental classes teach students to work together to master challenging material. And, students are enrolled in the same math and science classes, enhancing the opportunity for group study.

Orientation course. New students learn college survival skills.

Career advising. industry mentors, field trips, job shadowing, career fairs and internship opportunities expose students to a wide variety of engineering, math and science careers.

Links with student and professional organizations. These resources provide mentors, guest speakers and tours fo companies.

Student Study Center. This dedicated multipurpose space is used for studying, networking and workshops.

Professional Development Workshops. Students participate in mock job fairs, prepare resumes and practice interview skills to find part-time, summer and full-time employment.

Industry Advisory Board. Corporate representatives, including many MESA alumni, serve on the board and provide strategic planning, field trips, scholarships and internships.
