Timothy Todd Anderson

Timothy Todd Anderson Timothy Todd Anderson is the associate director of bands at California State University, Fresno. In this capacity, he directs both the Symphonic Band and the 270-member Bulldog Marching Band. He additionally teaches courses in marching band techniques and music appreciation. He earned the Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Iowa, and the Masters of Music from the University of Florida. Mr. Anderson is currently a candidate for the Doctorate of Education, in music education, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He has served as a public school band director for the West Marshall Community School District of State Center, Iowa., as well as a graduate teaching assistant with the band programs at both the University of Florida and the University of Illinois. Mr. Anderson is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, and holds honorary membership in Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. He currently serves as the sponsor for the Iota Alpha and Eta Omega chapters of KKPsi and TBS. He is also a member of the California Band Directors Association, the Fresno-Madera Counties Music Educators Association, and maintains an active role as a clinician with local band programs.
