Lenore Hiebert
Lenore Voth Hiebert, piano, is a lecturer at California State University,
Fresno, teaching class piano, accompanying, ear-training and sightsinging,
and music appreciation. Previously she was staff pianist for the department
for a number of years, a position which she also held at the University of
Nebraska in Lincoln and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Ms. Hiebert
earned a Bachelor of Music degree at Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas
and a Master of Music degree in piano performance from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison with additional study at the University of Alaska in Anchorage
and in Dresden in the former East Germany. She has performed
(primarily in collaborative settings) in a number of venues including a tour
for the Alaska State Council of the Arts, premieres for local composers and,
recently, for various other university and church groups.
