Welcome to the Department of Physics

The Department of Physics at Fresno State provides courses in physics, physical science, and astronomy, including introductory-level courses.  BS degree programs are available in Physics and Biomedical Physics and an MS degree program in Physics.  Minors are available in Physics, Physical Science, Biomedical Physics, and Astronomy.  Please follow the links on this page to learn about our programs, or about the most fundamental of the sciences, physics.  We hope you find your visit to our web pages enjoyable and informative.
