The Office of the President is responsible for the oversight of the
university's goal of strengthening our working ties with the region,
including other educational institutions, local government, and
community-based organizations. In addition, the Office of the President
was assigned responsibility in the Plan for Excellence for improving
administration operations in a number of key areas.
