We are about to launch the second Phase of Fresno State's Plan for Excellence. The various divisions of the University are now in their third year of implementing the goals agreed to in the first phase. Although change is always difficult and often complex, the "Milestone IV" reports show that a number of changes are underway or have already been completed.

Again we need your input in critiquing our efforts thus far and your participation in setting new or modified goals for the next 3 to 5 years. Please fill out this form in full to help get Phase II started.
