Any of the aforementioned crimes, and any other crime involving bodily injury, larceny-theft, simple assault, intimidation, and destruction/damage/vandalism of property reported, in which there is evidence that the victim was intentionally selected because of the perpetrator’s bias in any of the following areas: race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity/national origin, or disability.
