Lost & found

All found items are held at the University Police Department for up to six months. After the six months have elapsed, items are donated to community charities.

Report Lost Items

Complete the Lost Items Inquiry Form. Describe the item(s) lost (including, but not limited to, color, shape, name brand, amount, date, time and location of lost item).

You will receive a response to your inquiry within three (3) business days.

Claim Lost Items

If or when the item is found, you will be asked to come to the University Police Department, present identification, and describe the property.

Found Items

Take the item(s) as soon as possible to one of the following locations:

University Police Department (Barstow Ave/Jackson Ave)
Police Pavilion Office (USU Pavilion, lower level)
