request release of a police report

Fill out and submit the "Application for Release of Traffic Collision/Crime Report."

Indicate on the form if you will pick up the report in person, or would like it mailed.

The request will be reviewed and the report should be ready to release within 5 business days.

Note:

The cost per report is $10.00, payable by cash or check
A case under investigation by the department, will not be released.
A case that has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for investigation, will not be released, pending final disposition.
