Approaching graduation and preparing for life after undergraduate studies can be a daunting challenge.  Congratulations on attaining senior status! You are now in the final phase of your undergraduate experience here at Fresno State.

The Senior Experience initiative develops, coordinates, and facilitates resources, activities and events to celebrate undergraduate student attainment of senior status or that help undergraduate seniors cope with the impending change of transitioning out of the college setting to the workplace or graduate/professional school.

Key resources include:

  • This Senior Experience web site, a reference you can turn to time and time again to keep you on target to graduation
  • The Senior Experience listserv, your resource for timely, senior- or career-specific information delivered directly to your mailbox
  • Various celebratory events throughout the year
  • The Life After College Speaker Series brings real-world professionals on campus to arm you with the practical life skills that will help you start your successful future (topics include etiquette, insurance, housing, money, heathcare and more)
  • "Life After School, Explained" reference books provides relevant information in attractive packaging that addresses a wealth of transitional issues not typically covered in the curriculum – see detailed information about the content of this publication at http://www.capandcompass.com/books/inside.html
  • Commemorative item giveaways to celebrate your status and raise awareness of the Senior Experience initiative
