I am a junior at Fresno State University majoring in Civil Engineering and specializing in structures. This is my second year as a member of SHPE and my first year as an officer. I will be an effective secretary by keeping everything documented and organized. I will also work hard making every member experience with SHPE a pleasant one.

    The Secretary will take the minutes of the meeting and post them. The Secretary will also be in charge of the bulletin board and contacting members via email, phone or in person. He/she will be responsible for registering the organization with the university each academic year. The Secretary is also responsible for updating membership list, along with maintaining record of "SHPE participation points."
