Poster Session

The poster reception will be held on Friday evening, April 9th. The conference is soliciting posters from Noyce Scholars/Teachers, PI/Co-PIs, or project personnel for this scheduled event. Poster should include information that best represents your program and/or experiences.

This is great opportunity for Noyce Teachers to share their experiences teaching in “high-need” schools with their colleagues. Also, this poster will express how the Noyce Program has prepared them pre-professionally for teaching.

Lodging

Lodging for the night of April 9th and 10th will be provided (to exclude Fresno State Noyce Program) for program participants at the Radisson Hotel Downtown Fresno where the conference will be held. The hotel is located at 2233 Ventura Street. Because of budget constraints, Noyce Scholars and teachers will be assigned one roommate with whom they will share a room. When you register for the conference, you will be requested to provide the name of a preferred roommate. If you do not provide a name, one will be assigned to you by project staff. The hotel offers an array of amenities, including complimentary airport shuttle service, a business center, restaurant, lounge, gym and a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. You do not need to make hotel reservations. Once you complete the conference registration form, your reservation will be made for you by the project staff and costs will be covered except for amenities.

If you plan to extend your stay, please make your reservations with the hotel after March 16th.  Extended stays will not be covered. A rate of $99 + tax will be honored 2 days before and 2 days after the conference.
