Initial financial aid awards are based upon the expectation of full time enrollment
(12 units or more or 8 units of 200 level series)
If you drop units, withdraw, or fail to attend class, you must contact the Financial Aid Office at (559) 278 2182. Refer to the Terms of Agreement.
If you are disbursed a Teach Grant, Perkins, Nursing, or Federal Direct Loan Funds and you wish to cancel all or a portion of these funds you must provide Student Financial Services with a cancellation request no later than 14 days from the date of the disbursement.
Disbursements for most programs are prorated based on your actual enrollment at the time of the disbursement. The amount disbursed is a percentage of the amount awarded to you based on the following table.

If you receive less than 100% of your award for the term then increase your enrollment,
any increase in disbursement eligibility will be made to your account automatically.
All financial aid recipients will have their eligibility recalculated based on their enrollment at census date 3. Students who drop units after receiving disbursements may be required to repay some or all of the aid they received
1Teacher Credential Students are disbursed Federal Pell Grant and State Cal Grants after census date 3once enrollment in eligible courses is verified.
