Personal Growth Groups
Sometimes having the support of your peers can make a world of difference. For a safe and confidential place to explore issues such as relationships or strategies for academic success, join one of our personal growth groups.

We offer FREE individual, couples and group counseling. Our staff and interns are here to provide a safe place for you to talk about anything from academic stressors to depression and anxiety.

Question, Persuade & Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Trainings
Our campus is committed to suicide prevention and early intervention. We offer Question, Persuade & Refer (QPR) Trainings to teach students, staff and faculty how to recognize and respond to the warning signs of suicide.

WATCHDOG Training on Alcohol Overdose Intervention
WATCHDOG is an alcohol overdose intervention education program that trains students to recognize and respond effectively in alcohol emergency situations. The goal is to prevent drinking deaths on and near campus.

Health PAWS Volunteer Groups
Our Health PAWS volunteers promote awareness of drug and alcohol abuse, sexual health, and general wellness through events, activities, and presentations.

Wellness Events & Activities
We put on several Wellness Events throughout the year to give you access to wellness materials and information. Some of our events include:

We promote sexual health through educational programs and activities. We also offer free condoms through the Condom Access Project (CAP) and family planning services to low-income students through Family PACT.
