Awards
The Graduate Profile Form is used to collect information for introductions, awards, and special recognition. You may attach additional sheets if necessary. The form may be downloaded and completed or you may come by the Student Success Services Office in Joyal Administration Room 224 to pick up a copy. The form is due on April 20th, 2009. Graduates may not be considered for special awards if forms are submitted after April 20th, 2009.

Highest Academic Achievement Award
This award recognizes graduates for outstanding scholarship throughout their undergraduate studies at Fresno State. Honorees in this category have a campus grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Academic Achievement Award
Graduates who have a 3.00 grade point average at Fresno State are recognized for academic excellence.
Campus/Community Service Award
This award acknowledges graduates for dedication and commitment to helping make our campus and community a better place.
Black Faculty and Staff Service Award
The Black Faculty and Staff Service Award honors a staff, faculty member or student who has made outstanding contributions and shown uncommon dedication and commitment to the organization's mission.
