The 24th Annual African American Recognition Program Graduate Registration Checklist
1. Complete the Graduate Profile Form in Joyal Administration, Rm 224
a. Option #1: You may complete and print the online http://www.csufresno.edu/studentaffairs/programs/aag Graduate Profile Form and email as an attachment to tbowers@csufresno.edu.
b. Option #2: You may visit the office (Joyal Administration, Room 224) and request packet from front desk.
2. Submit the Graduate Profile Form and Participation Fee
3. Sit for your Graduate Photograph
4. Place order for Program Book Advertisements
5. Apply and Inquire for Awards and Scholarships
6. Attend the Rehearsal ( TBA)
7. Purchase cap and gown from Kennel Bookstore
8. Attend Grad Fair (Patio between Kennel Bookstore and USU)
Tuesday, March 24 - 11:00AM to 7:00PM
Wednesday, March 25 - 10:00AM to 2:00PM
Drop by Grad Fair to pick up your Grad Pack and visit with offices suh as the Fresno State Alumni Association, Fresno State Career Services, Kaplan Test Prep Services, Jostens (Class rings), and Fresno State Division of Graduate Studies. Your Grad Pack is your connection to Fresno State! Enjoy a host of discounts one year as a member of the Fresno State Alumni Association.
