The California State University, Fresno Educational Opportunity Program Alumni Chapter was formed in the fall of 1999 under the leadership of EOP counselor, Tony Garduque. This organization was developed to serve as a vehicle for alumni and friends who want to stay connected to and involved with the university and to contribute to the mission of EOP.
