Federal Work Study

Please review your award letter and verify you have been offered Federal Work Study. If you have a Federal Works Study Award Please follow these instructions carefully. 

If you are not hired within 30 days from the first day of the semester  your Work Study Award will be cancelled.  

CONTINUING WORK STUDY STUDENTS

If you were awarded and received payment through the Federal Work Study program during the prior academic year AND

  • Returning to the same job:

    • Pick up your "Job Referral" from the Financial Aid Office.
    •  

  • Not returning to the same job:

    • Check the "Job Board" located outside the Financial Aid Office or check our job locator website @ bulldogjobs.com
    • Contact employer directly to apply for job.
    •  

  • When hired and before you start working:

    • Report to the Financial Aid Office to obtain your "Work Study Paper Work"

NOTE TO ALL STUDENTS

  • Check with your supervisor for time sheets due date.

  • Pay Day is on the 15th of each month @ the cashier windows, Joyal Administration Building.

NEW STUDENTS TO WORK STUDY:

  • Contact Lisa McReynolds, Work Study Coordinator at (559) 278-6566 for an appointment or come by the Financial Aid Office for assistance.

  • When hired and before you start working:
    • Report to Payroll for processing (Bring original Social Security Card and a Photo ID)
    • Report to the Financial Aid Office to obtain your "Work Study Paper Work"

Monday through Friday
Open: 8:00 a.m. to Noon
Closed: 1 hour for lunch
Open: 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

          Thursdays we open at 10:00am.

Summer Hours:   May 23th - Aug 13th
 Monday through Friday
 Open: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
 We are open during lunch

 Thursdays we open at 9:00 a.m.
