Teach Grant – Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grants


Students must agree to serve as a full time teacher at specified schools for four years within eight years of completing the course of study. Teach in high need subject areas such as Math, Science, Special Education, Bilingual Education, Reading Specialist or another high need area approved by the Secretary of Education. Failure to complete the service treats the grant as a Direct Unsubsidized Stafford loan and interest will accrue from the date of the grant award. Students must have a 3.25 GPA or higher and file an application and agreement.
