Transcripts

We require official transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and mark sheets of all academic work completed including secondary school in both your native language and in English. Note that your admission will be processed with no more than one semester of work in progress prior to your planned enrollment here. Proof of graduation, degrees, certificates, and diplomas must be submitted in addition to the transcripts of your courses. Only original documents or certified true copies that are certified by the issuing school are acceptable. If you submit certified true copies, original documents must be presented upon arrival to California State University, Fresno. Notarized documents are not accepted.

Official English translations of all transcripts, diplomas, certificates, and mark sheets must be submitted. It is preferred that they are prepared by the university where the work was completed; however, they may be prepared by government approved or state licensed translators. Translations must be word-for-word (literal) mirror-image translations. Do not submit translations that are interpretive or that do not translate all of the text and symbols appearing on your documents. Notarized documents are not accepted.
