Who Should Apply?

Definition of an International Student
You are an international student if you are or will be studying at a U.S. institution on a non-immigrant visa. Most international students admitted to California State University, Fresno, obtain F-1 or J-1 visas. However, it is possible to enter on other nonimmigrant visas. The following is a list of items that are required in order for you to have a complete admissions file at CSU-Fresno.

  2. Application Fee $55 USD
  3. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
  4. Bank Statements
  5. Transcripts
  6. Additional Requirements for Graduate Students
