AFTER YOU SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
Within a week after the university has received your application, you will receive an email notification and be asked to log into your My Fresno State portal to set up your Fresno State email address and student portal http://my.csufresno.edu.

CHECKING YOUR APPLICATION STATUS
It is essential you check your Fresno State email and Student Center online weekly for information from the university regarding your status as a prospective student. Your Student Center can be accessed 24 hours a day. All official communication from the university will be through your Fresno State email account.
AFTER YOU ARE ADMITTED
After you are admitted, you must go to your Student Center at http://my.csufresno.edu to let us know whether or not you plan to attend Fresno State. In the Admissions section, select the Accept/Decline button. Next, select either the "I Accept Admission" or "I Decline Admission" button to indicate your choice. You will then be asked to confirm your decision. Select the "Previous" button if you do not wish to make a selection at that time. (See link above for detailed screenshot instructions.)
What now? Once you have accepted, you are considered a New Student. Visit the New Students area of our website for more information. You will also be expected to log into the Online Advisor in Blackboard for information about arrival in Fresno and registration.
