Step to College Program
December, 2008 - Step to College has currently been suspended due to budget and enrollment limitations. At this time, we are unable to predict when the program will return.

California State University, Fresno Step to College Program will allow you to:
- Get a head start on your college education
- Experience the university environment
- Explore subjects not offered at your high school
- Earn university credits
- Improve time management and study skills
- Participate in the university’s many academic and cultural activities
Selection Criteria
The program targets juniors and seniors with a high school grade point average of 3.0 or better and are California residents.
Admission/Registration Procedures

Interested students must provide a high school recommendation and unofficial transcript along with the completed admissions application. The application fee is waived.

The Step to College program staff can assist students in selecting suitable courses. You may enroll in one or two courses per semester. These courses are offered during the late afternoon or evening hours, so participation in the program will not conflict with your high school schedule.

Registration fees for Step to College students are $20 for 0-4 units or $40 for 4.1-7 units, plus book expenses.
