We are delighted that you show interest in our majors and certificate programs. The College of Social Sciences is one of the most diverse colleges in our university. We offer undergraduate degrees in such areas as Africana Studies, Anthropology, Chicano Studies, Criminology, Economics, Geography, History, Political Sciences, Public Administration, Sociology, and Women’s Studies. In addition to these majors, we encourage students to think about a dual-major or a minor in another area of study within our college to make themselves more professionally attractive for today’s global job market. Our departments also offer certificates programs, classroom laboratories, research partnerships, internships, study abroad programs, student clubs, choir and dance groups that will help you engage in a life-long learning experience at Fresno State.
