The Alcohol Safety Council (ASC) serves Fresno State and its students by creating policies and activities that promote this environment. Emphasizing safe and moderate alcohol consumption, the ASC creates alcohol-free events, recommends policy changes as needed, and forms strong partnerships with various aspects of law enforcement.
