Do you have the Bulldog Spirit?

Welcome to Fresno State!

Whether a new or returning student, we want to welcome you to campus. We have some amazing events planned for you in both August and September to help welcome you to campus. View a list of events offered by clicking on our events page.

Information about parking, safety, textbooks and computers, and other important resources on campus can be found on our page as well.

  • Give yourself extra time to get to campus! The opening of the school year can feel hectic with thousands of new students arriving at once. Be prepared for lines in the parking lots and offices on campus.
  • Make sure you know where your classes are and if there are any room changes. Printing your schedule the night before classes start is helpful to make sure it is the most up to date schedule of classes and locations.
  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothing! Campus can be big and overwhelming, so make sure you're dressed comfortably.
  • Help is available! Look for Welcome Booths around campus staffed by student volunteers. We will be open both Thursday, August 21 and Friday, August 22 to help you find your way.

Enjoy the fall semester here at Fresno State, and GO DOGS!
