Sigma Alpha Zeta Sorority was established at California State University, Fresno in 1992. It began with a group of women from various backgrounds, interests, and ethnicity’s who were in search of friendship, networks, support, commitment and security— all of which are part of an eternal sisterhood. Each individual had their own personal goals, however together they strive for success in higher education and improvements of the community.
