CSU System - Resident Director

Requires a knowledge of the country and competence in the local language. Experience in leading student groups abroad is a plus.

Short-Term Study Tours

(Summer or Intersessions)

Design 2-3 week study tours abroad for Fresno State students, which can also be open to other students from other CSUs.  Faculty identify institutional linkages overseas, budget anticipated costs, arrange travel and accomodations, and get necessary clearances from their department and college. Faculty determine the study tour itinerary and ensure the educational value for students. The Division of Continuing & Global Education works closely with the faculty in processing payments and paperwork and faculty are paid by Continuing and Global Education on the Division Salary Scale.
