Faculty Language Study

USAC Faculty Development Award

USAC and Fresno State provide a development opportunity for faculty to study at one of the USAC study abroad sites in summer for three to four weeks.

• Faculty must be Assistant, Associate or Full Professors returning on contract to CSU Fresno.
• Preference is given to faculty with only limited overseas experience.
• Participants join undergraduate American students in classes abroad studying foreign language and other subjects, with tuition waived.
• $1500 is provided for travel or housing costs while abroad.
• Participants pay additional expenses.
