National Student Exchange (NSE)

Students can spend a semester at one of 190 American universities through the National Student Exchange (NSE) without having to pay the out-of-state tuition. This expands the student's undergraduate experience by allowing them been to live in different geographical and cultural settings.

Since its founding in 1968, more than 85,000 students have been successfully placed for national exchange. This year alone, 3,000 students will spend up to one year attending a college in another state.

For information on the different NSE programs, field studies, internships, and professional schools see the NSE campus coordinator. Application forms for the next academic year are available as of November 1 and can be picked up at the Study Abroad Office, Family and Food Sciences Building, Room 111.
