The Deaf Resource Library is an online collection of reference material and links intended to educate and inform people about Deaf cultures in Japan and the United States. Created by Karen Nakamura, a doctoral student at Yale University.

Provides access to other sites about deaf culture, reference materials, deafness discussion groups, deafness organizations, deaf publications, and legal issues in deafness. Created by Amy Frasu, a teacher of deaf and hard of hearing students.
