Stationery is the primary means of establishing the university’s image at the personal level. Estimates indicate that Fresno State employees send 600,000 letters a year.

When conducting university business, use only stationery materials (letterhead, envelopes, business cards) imprinted by University Printing Services. Do not try to make your own stationery. Printing Services can ensure that printed quality meets university standards.

Text submitted for imprinting on the stationery will be examined by University Printing Services for consistency in the use of building names, room numbers, phone numbers, etc., to ensure compliance with this graphic standards policy.
