Walk-in Tutoring

Students may come by the Writing Center any time during open hours to work one-to-one with a tutor. These walk-in sessions are available for help during any stage of the writing process. Whether it is generating ideas for papers, drafting, outlines, helping with grammar, or if you just want to know if your essay makes sense, we can help. We won't edit your paper for you, but we will work to give you the feedback and tools you need to do it yourself.

To allow everyone a chance to see a tutor, students are limited to two, twenty-five minute sessions a day. Sessions are set up on a first-come, first-serve basis, so come in early and sign up for a time that works well for you.
